The front surface of the 24K yellow gold and sterling silver padlock is encrusted with white micromosaic and surrounded by a halo of shimmering diamonds. Three, bezel set blue sapphires are set at the center and the back is carved with an intricate design in the sterling silver. The two surfaces are separated by a 24K gold
