Dogo limoncello tools-and-equipment The lining features the SeigaihaThis is the first Limoncello in Ehime Prefecture made with their own distilled liquor. It is made using the peel of "Iwagi lemons", a specialty of Iwagi Island, and "honey orange" produced in Uchiko Town. The lemons and oranges are steeped in the company's own barley shochu, which is made with plenty of Ehime's naked barley, resulting in a Limoncello with a flavor that captures the essence of Ehime.
