Matured for 14 years, the spirit was re racked into a single Barolo Barrique for the last 3 years and 8 months of ageing, resulting in a balanced malt with notes of ginger snaps, apricots and salted caramel. Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or artificial colouring, by Alistair Walker.
