210mm "Camouflage" damascus Gyuto with matching saya handmade The gyuto is hand forgedThis 210mm gyuto features a camouflage mosaic pattern damascus that was hand forged by myself out of 1084 and 15n20 high carbon steel. The knife has a full flat grind with a slightly convex edge to help aid with food release. The handle and matching saya are made out of a single piece of stunning Tasmanian Blackwood so that the figure flows through the piece. The handle features a Jarrah burl spacer and the saya has black G10 spacers as highlights.
