FRENCH 1870 PERIOD BRONZE delicate rivets on the reverseA stunning looking bronze figure on a marble base measuring 81cm in height from the base of the marble to the very tip of the bayonet, the figure itself measuring 59cm. The artists name is at the very base of the figure, E. Marloton. The figure is in patinated green wearing the 1870 uniform of kepi and full combat equipment, carrying his Label or Gras rifle, with its Gras bayonet, which is fixed to the rifle. To the front of the kepi is the 7
