Producer Rafael Cambras family are at the cutting edge of vineyard nursery development. This led him to establish his own cellar in 2001. He purchased some ungrafted 50 year old Monastrell vines at 650 metres and complimented them by planting some high density Cabernet Sauvignon. His philosophy is based on
