Box is made from Mahogany that I purchased from the Estate of Black Duck Game Calls. This wood has outstanding looks and a slight ribbon effect to the grain of the wood. Box is made of Mahogany with a base of Mahogany wood. Lid is made of Mahogany with Gabon Ebony and Mother of Pearl inlays. Starts off with a medium pitch and roll overs quickly with nice clear notes.
