This dry Furmint with a touch of residual sugar (8g L) is made by the Bai family from vineyards in the heart of the region, in the foothills of the Carpathian mountains. The soils here are volcanic, and give the wine a delicate minerality, which is allied to juicy pear, peach and citrus flavours. Generous, juicy fruit character, and modest alcohol.
