This variety is less aggressive than others and can be easily trained onto trellises or fences. When planted in full to part sun, the flowers will bloom in early summer and give way to sweet, smooth skinned fruit in the fall. Unlike most female kiwis, Prolific is self fertile and will produce tasty, grape sized fruit on its
