after being told a number of times the kits was on its way, I was told the company had been sold and that the kits were not being given out due to overwhelming amount of the orders..i finally talked to someone that the was the manager and told him i had an email stating my kit was supposedly sent out months ago..fiinally we came to an agreement that in order to get my kit i would have to pay up front refills..but he had given me a deal..i took the deal and paid for the refills
