A big, concentrated and textual profile on the nose that felt like some kind of guava scented, high performance energy drink. Then more tertiary aromas of white mushroom, truffle oil, vanilla custard slice, camphor and butter bean hummus. Reduction brought syrupy tinned pineapple juices, crushed oatcakes baked with honey, oatmeal flapjacks with apricot chunks,
