It is ceramic pottery and is hand painted with multicolored tulip flowers. It measures 7 inches in height and 5 1 2 inches in diameter. It has a small repair near the top which is hardly noticeable. Other than that, it is in great condition for it's age. It looks beautiful with flowers inside.
