ロープ染色で芯白に染めている。緯糸は時間経過を感じさせる黄ばんだ生成りに染めた特注のネップ糸を使用。これらの2種の糸を使用することで、Taiga Takahashi独自の、濃くて深みのあるインディゴブルーに辿り着いた。仕上げには、サンフォライズドと呼ばれる防縮加工が施されている。
