Domaine des Entrefaux Les Champs Fourné Crozes-Hermitage Cullen Wines Fruit was handpicked and whole100% Syrah from 15 20 year old certified organic vines planted in the villages of Beaumont Monteaux and Chanos Curson in the south facing, southern sector of the Crozes Hermitage appellation. The soils are alpine alluvial with clay, limestone and pebbles. Grapes are destemmed and gently crushed with fermentation by indigenous yeast over 2 3 weeks in concrete tank. Following malolactic fermentation, 10 15% is aged in old barrels with half the remainder
