CHAPELLE DE POTENSAC 2019 Refosco and rosemary on the noseA Merlot dominant Mdoc blend that pulls from the lighter, earlier drinking end of the Bordeaux spectrum this is the second wine of Chteau Potensac, drawn from gravel and clay sand parcels on the northern Mdoc's elevated terrain. The 2019 vintage was verified at 59% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 16% Cabernet Franc by Jancis Robinson. Fruit is hand harvested, fermented in stainless steel and concrete vats, with aging in French oak. The nose opens
